At Zenith, our mission is to empower ambitious young women from emerging economies with the mentorship, skills, and global networks they need to thrive in the corporate world. Through a free program that entails individual mentorship, leadership development, and real-world career exposure, we help the next generation rise, lead, and redefine what’s possible — to reach their zenith.​

Join Zenith as a Mentor

At Zenith, we believe that role models are everything.

 

We're building a powerful, global mentorship network across geographies and industries, and we're looking for female professionals like you to guide the way. 

 

As a mentor, you'll be paired with one female college student interested in the industry that you work in. You'll provide real-world insight, guide her career with wisdom informed by your own experiences, and serve as a role model who's invested in her success.

 

In addition to making direct, tangible impact, you'll gain access to a mentor network of likeminded ambitious women who want to meaningfully make a difference. 

 

Your journey to the top can light the way for another ambitious woman.

Are you a driven college student with big dreams? At Zenith, we're here to help you rise. 

 

Our global mentorship program pairs each college student with an experienced female professional in the industry of their choice -- whether that be finance, consulting, law, tech, or medicine. 

​

Your mentor will help you understand what a career in your chosen field really entails, support you as you navigate recruiting and internships, and be a long-term connection rooting for you as you grow from intern to CEO. 

​

We'll also connect you with other mentees to cultivate a strong network of women with similar interests around the world. The program is free as we want to make it as accessible as possible.
